BusinessRadar
A new restaurant opened down the road. Three agencies called them before you did.
BusinessRadar watches lawful public sources for new businesses in your area and industry, and explains why each one matched.
Marina Smile Dental
Appeared in OpenStreetMap since the last check. Matches category and area.
Al Barsha Family Dentistry
Appeared in OpenStreetMap since the last check. Matches category and area.
Pearl Orthodontics
Appeared in OpenStreetMap since the last check. Matches category and area.
New businesses need the most help and are the hardest to find
A business that just opened needs a website, signage, accounting, insurance and staff. It is the best possible customer for a small service company, for about six weeks.
Finding them means scrolling maps, registers and local news by hand. BusinessRadar does the scrolling and shows only what is new since last time.
A real example from a public source
This is a live OpenStreetMap query for one area and category. Choose another combination to see what exists today. A monitor would then report only the new entries.
What people use it for
- Web design agencies
- New restaurants, cafés and clinics in Dubai or Berlin that appeared on the map this month.
- B2B service providers
- Newly incorporated companies in your sector in the UK, from Companies House.
- Local suppliers
- New hotels, gyms or beauty salons in your delivery area.

How BusinessRadar works
- 1
Choose area and industry
For example Dental clinics in Dubai or Cafés in Hamburg.
- 2
We take a baseline
The first check records what exists today. You can browse it right away.
- 3
Get what is new
Every later check reports only entries that were not there before.
Priced by the competitors you watch
Every plan includes all seven products. Plans differ in how many competitors get a dossier, how many monitors run and how fast they check.

Start with 14 days free: three competitor dossiers, ten monitors, real data, no card.
Units measure checks: a page check costs 1, a tender search 2, a business search 3, and a typical competitor dossier about 220 a month. Sources several customers watch are split between them. Units reset on the 1st.
FAQ
Does a new entry mean a new company?
Not always. For OpenStreetMap it means a business was added to the map, which often happens around an opening but can also be an older place mapped late. We say this on every result. Companies House results are actual incorporations.
Which sources do you use?
OpenStreetMap (worldwide), UK Companies House (new incorporations) and RSS feeds the operator approves. Each source is listed with its licence. We do not scrape sites that do not permit it.
Can I email the businesses from Signaligent?
No. Signaligent finds and organises. How you contact a business, and whether you may, is your decision and your responsibility.
What about the Dubai company register?
The DED and free zone registers do not offer an open API we may use. If that changes, we will add them.
