ExhibitorRadar
Every exhibitor needs a stand, print and staff. Most sign up months before the show.
ExhibitorRadar watches the published exhibitor lists of the shows you choose and tells you who was added since your last look.
3 new, 1 removed out of 912 listed
Exhibitor lists grow quietly for months
Organisers publish exhibitor lists early and add names every week. A stand builder who reaches a new exhibitor in month one has a conversation. In month five, the stand is already booked.
Re-reading a list of 900 names every week to spot the 12 new ones is nobody's job. Comparing lists is exactly what software is for.
How a new exhibitor report looks
Clearly labelled example data, so you can see the format. Real reports come from the organiser's published list.

What you get
Watch a trade showNew exhibitor detection
Each check compares the full list with the last one. You get “12 new exhibitors” with the names, not the whole list again.
Confirmed changes only
Nothing is reported unless it appeared on the organiser's own published list.
Removed exhibitors
Optional: hear when someone disappears from the list.
Filter, mark, export
Filter by keyword, mark the ones you will contact and export your selection as CSV.
Honest research
Where a list links to a profile or website we show it. When we cannot find a website, we say we could not find one, not that none exists.
How ExhibitorRadar works
- 1
Pick a show
Choose from the shows we monitor, or suggest the public exhibitor list of another show.
- 2
We check the list
Approved event sources are checked twice a day, shared by everyone watching that show.
- 3
You see who is new
A daily summary with the new names, or an alert as soon as they appear.
Priced by the competitors you watch
Every plan includes all seven products. Plans differ in how many competitors get a dossier, how many monitors run and how fast they check.

Start with 14 days free: three competitor dossiers, ten monitors, real data, no card.
Units measure checks: a page check costs 1, a tender search 2, a business search 3, and a typical competitor dossier about 220 a month. Sources several customers watch are split between them. Units reset on the 1st.
FAQ
Which shows can I watch?
Shows whose organiser publishes an exhibitor list on a public page that permits automated access. Each event source is reviewed by us before it goes live, so we respect the organiser's terms.
Can I add a show myself?
You can suggest one with the URL of its exhibitor list. It starts once we have checked that the list is public and may be read automatically.
Do you send emails to exhibitors?
No, and there is no feature for it. ExhibitorRadar is research. Outreach is yours, within the rules that apply to you.
Some lists load with JavaScript. Does that work?
Not always. When a list only appears after scripts run, we look for the organiser's export or data URL. If there is none, the show cannot be added yet.
