Subscription Terms

Trial

New accounts get 14 days free with up to three competitor dossiers, ten monitors and a limited number of check units. No payment details are needed, and a trial never turns into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, monitors pause until you choose a plan.

Purchase and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing, VAT and refund requests. Plans are billed in advance in euros, monthly or yearly. Paddle calculates taxes and shows them at checkout. Invoices are available on the billing page and in the Paddle customer portal.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the billing page or in the Paddle customer portal, with effect from the end of the current period.

Limits

Each plan has a number of competitor dossiers and active monitors, check units per calendar month, a fastest interval, a history period, document storage and transfer. When units run out, checks pause until the 1st of the next month or an upgrade. Unused units do not carry over.

Plan changes

Upgrades apply immediately; Paddle charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades also apply immediately; Paddle credits the prorated difference against future payments. Monitors and dossiers above the new limits pause, newest first; you can resume them after an upgrade.

Price changes

We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead by email. They apply from your next renewal; you can cancel before then.

Failed payments and chargebacks

Paddle retries failed payments and asks you to update your payment method. During the retry period your monitors keep running; if the payment still fails, the subscription ends and monitors pause. If you dispute a correct charge with your bank, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.
