  • Publicly accessible pages of other businesses, at the intervals your plan allows (CompetitorPing).
  • Official and open data sources we connect (TenderAlert, BusinessRadar, ExhibitorRadar).
  • Companies, through what they publish for everyone: job boards, certificate logs, sitemaps, public registers, news and public catalogues (CompetitorIntel).

You may not

  • Monitor pages behind a login, paywall or captcha, or ask us to get around access restrictions, robots.txt or rate limits.
  • Open several accounts or trials to get around plan limits.
  • Use Signaligent to collect personal data about private individuals, to track people, or to monitor your own employees or applicants.
  • Use a competitor dossier to profile, contact or poach individual employees.
  • Use results for unlawful advertising, including misleading or unlawful comparative advertising, or to obtain or use trade secrets unlawfully.
  • Use results to send unsolicited advertising where the law requires consent.
  • Upload documents you have no right to share, or documents containing malware or unlawful content.
  • Give other companies access to your account. Agencies may use one account for the clients they serve.
  • Try to reach internal networks, overload or attack a website or our service, or resell the service without our written agreement.
  • Use the service in breach of sanctions or export rules.

Enforcement

We respect robots.txt and stop a monitor when a site disallows access. We may pause monitors or suspend accounts under section 12 of the Terms and tell you why. Report abuse to pd@yachtaddress.com; we review every report.
